This is the apartment from the gig "Guinea Pig" which is actually at the Biotechnica Hotel. I thought it made for a nice apartment though and was able to get this map download down to half a gig so not too bad size wise. It is made in Blender 4.0 so you will want to use 4.0 or above. One cool update is the screens are actually animated thanks to the geniuses at the Wolvenkit discord so animators take a peek at those.
